Pictures from my first trip to Turkey in July 2003. Met Jayson there as he was meeting Tulay's family. I got to play the part of the dumb foreigner to make him look better...I did the part well.
With a few days to kill before Jayson arrived in Istanbul, I headed across Bulgaria by bus to Constanta, Romania. One of my top experiences ever. I wish I could have stayed longer, it was an amazing series of events and people. Florin Romeo, if you ever see this, you and your family are great.
